Check what mode you are using. Photo is the standard mode that should give good photos. Check the lens that does not have gunk or fingerprints on it. Also, the front lens is fixed focus, while the back lens is auto focus.
Install Open Cam to see if that helps. The auto focus is much slower. I use Open cam for taking lower resolution pictures anyway, so a good addition.
It is a really good camera, with some limitations, but those are few. The sensor is the same size as the Nokia N8. Much bigger than a regular phone camera.

Anyone else having trouble with P20 camera? The pictures mine is making are really crappy. The phone can take good quality pictures only of still objects in good lighting conditions. Everything else is just too blurred or not cleat at all. Had P9 before and the camera was really good in all conditions, P20 has been such a dissapointment :( Is there any solutions other than buying a new phone?

Hello everyone, I replaced the factory screen protector with a tempered glass to achieve higher protection however I have tried a few and they do not fit well. They are small and 1-2 mm of the screen is extended out of the protector. I have also tried full screen 5D however they have a black border which I don't like, they are too big and they break very easily. Is this usual with this phone or the protectors I have used are not well? Any tempered glass to fit well? Thanks

Hi, I was wondering if anyone here would know what fitness trackers are compatible with the P20, not including the Huawei or Honor trackers. My reading has so far indicated that Fitbit is not compatible. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!!!

Hi guys, shall I go for P20 or wait for the P30 lite which is newer (and slightly larger)? I now find new P20 at 350 euro. I understand P30 lite will be about same levels. Any opinions? I use the phone for heavy web browsing and business use.

Good phone as ragerds of its dimentions and weight but it does not have the 3.5, the radio, and the wide angle camera... whilst mate 20 has it all but is a way too big and heavy and does not the underscreen button.
