Hi guys, shall I go for P20 or wait for the P30 lite which is newer (and slightly larger)? I now find new P20 at 350 euro. I understand P30 lite will be about same levels. Any opinions? I use the phone for heavy web browsing and business use.

Good phone as ragerds of its dimentions and weight but it does not have the 3.5, the radio, and the wide angle camera... whilst mate 20 has it all but is a way too big and heavy and does not the underscreen button.

Is P20 still a good option? Price is around 400€... should I wait for P30 lite or even buy from another brand?

So whenever I call it just ends the call immediately without dialing, If I reset my phone then it all of a sudden works and then I can make call but keeps on happening and I can't just keep resetting my phone fam, is it a bug or? Please Help Hope I'm not The Only One.

This people are crazy, i had my phone sent for replacement of the fingerprint sensor, it came back with Emui 9 and android 9 but yesterday i got notification to instal emui 9 again. I installed but no any diference. And more over the fingerprint is not working properly. No matter which finger set it i use very sl9w to recognize it. I am very, very disapointed.

I have used this phone for awhile now.. it has a fantastic camera etc.. the battery drains a little to fast fro my liking with small to above average use it will require daily charging. The emui is a little bit annoying, updates are not as quick as first advertised but all round this is a great phone for someone who loves good photos with a high(ish) spec device in their pocket..

This is the email i wrote to huawei support:
Why are you locking bootloader and not let user to choose? Is your mind ok? Or some ilness?
Would you buy a computer that can run only MS-DOS? It Is the same with your phones.... Please, close the mobile division, you do a big favor to whole world.... The P20 model is really funny, it is almost apple in other coat xD You can not thinks something new yourselves? and not only to copy from the others? I thought i bought an Android Huawei phone, but it's more similar to Iphone

After used many different brands I buy a Huawei p20 and the watch GT. Now after two weeks I am so surprised about the quality from these amazing phone that instal automatisch Android pie by the first power on. The phone is very quick and she make me really happy with the gorgeous camera's. Never I have see better camera's in a phone than by the p20. After many problems with sd cards in the past I decide with buying the p20 that I want in the future only phones with enough intern memory because everything works smoother.

I sent for repairs, they replaced the fingerprint scanner. So for a high end phone parts are falling apart in 6 month. Shame on you Huawei. As i noticed it came back with Emui 9 and Android 9. And before i was not able to update. So another glitch.
Otherwise it is working fine. Fast easy to use and set it up. But......???

So, I managed to push EMUI 9 update to my L29 in Croatia.
Try it, maybe it will work for you.
Go to HiCare app and in settings change your region to UK. Then, in HiCare app click on Update. It will show update but it will also show some error.
After that change region to USA. Again, search for update within HiCare app. It will show update and it will be downloadable.
After that, change region again. This time to your default region. For me it's Croatia. Update is here and I'm downloading it now.
