I've had my Huawei P20 since June, 2018, and I still love it. It still looks and works like new. Google apps still work 100%. The camera is amazing. I don't think I'll ever have to replace my phone because the P20 is the perfect phone and it doesn't age.

I'm using the P20 since 2018. I'm still really satisfied with it and I won't change it until there is a serious problem. The battery after a day will still have like 30-40% and I have my private and work number in it, two whatsapps and I play FOE. The size of it is perfect and that's why I chose it in the first place, I hate oversized phones they make today. The front fingerprint scanner/button is the best and I wished my next phone will also have it but that's not possible. The camera is great even today. Overall a great phone for me and this is the longest I didn't have the need for a new phone.

I've been using the phone for a while, it's a very good phone. Had no problems with it no lagging or google problems. As all phones do get outdated eventually I don't mind keeping the phone for a bit longer because it's still very reliable.

Using huawei p20 since june 2018. It is good for daily use but it is not recommended to gaming because it sometimes lag very badly. Also the google app have the problem on the phone (it should be the ok google thing) always pop out and exits automatically and you need to disable the app, overall it is good to use as daily use phone in 2021

My sister inherited it from dad last year, now it will be 3 years old working fluidly but with some small overdue, there is still an update on EMUI 10/Android 10 and get next year will get EMUI 12 based on Android 11. It's a Flagship of 2018, after all.

anonymous, 13 Jul 2021Exactly same here i switched my samsung s8 for the huawei p... moreI have a P8 lite 2017 and battery slightly reduced its capacity in 3 years. I always get at the end of the day, and I use to charge it up to 90%. Never had a better battery with other phones. Unfortunately I need to buy another phone because of the internal memory.

It is not resistant to a heavy rain and a front speaker is avarage, silent, besides that it is great phone ( if you buy it 10-12 months after release for 60 % original price). Most probably I would switch to P50 when it reach 400eur mark. If p20 will breaks in next 8 months I won't go for p 40, I may get some mid range samsung.

for those who are still using Huawei P20, kindly go to Optimizer app then click the wrench icon in the top rightmost part of the screen then disable Smart Tune-Up, that fixed the sluggish, lagging and fps drop in games. After years of using this phone, I finally found the culprit that causes some unstability especially when playing games. Try it guys and you'll see some improvements. Goodluck.
