Like a G6 :v, 18 Mar 2020P30 all the way! Samsung midrange phones are not this powerful!even its old. still its a flagship last year

Did anyone encountered heating issues, mine randomly got pretty warm when charging. Same happened with p20 and after 2 month stopped charging and send for service. Exactly after 6,7 month after buying, same it is happening with p30. They wrote on service that they replaced the pda board or something alike if i recall it properly.

using p30 from august 2019, its a compact phone. still camera is good, but not for video lovers, battery is good. never lag never down... a good choice for small farm factor lovers. as it is last huawei phone with GMS, will surly go for P40 if it will come with GMS, or good alternative.

I am also considering buying it so I did my research comparing it to s10e and mi 9 se as I prefer compact phone.
The s10e is a very strong competitor but it differs from market to another .

Yuaru, 16 Feb 2020What did you mean by Samsung has bad reputarion on update. ... moreNew Samsung S20 4G cost 950EUR and ultra version around 1400EUR and for that money Samsung will offer 2 years of updates and after that nothing. From my point view if I want to spend that amount of money I rather go iPhone even though their camera hardware is far behind Samsung and Huawei but they provide software updates for 5+ years. So in long term iPhone looks better for that price. I never imagined I will say that because iPhone for me was always too expensive for what it offered.

Nova 5T is highend midranger with the same processor as p30 and p30 pro, it is fast, but it doesnt have OLED screen and no IP rating, overall if it's about the same price go for P30, if 5T is cheaper, they are both great smartphones, you cant go wrong, but camera pictures and video will be a bit better on the P30
