This is where I can say I found the best "Camera" phone. If you want "Gaming" phone buy ROG/Blackshark. Stop the hate of brand wars, each brands have their pros and cons.

My P30 pro suddenly turned off and now its in boot loop (Huawei Logo). I tried the volume up/down plus power button and nothing happens.
This happened after updating to 9.1.0.185 (C432E4R2P2)

I have a HUAWEI Y9 (2019). Since the phone has some problems, so I do a factory reset.
After the reset, I cannot change the notification sound for the message and Gmail anymore.
I went to the service centre for help. After taking more than two hours there, they did nothing to my phone but just downloaded WhatsApp and WeChat to the phone and said that it has no problem.
The technician said that it is normal for the phone that cannot change the notification sound because the device is like that at the beginning.

Anonymous, 18 Aug 2019I think your comment should be removed as you are clearly t... moreActually I agree with him when it comes to ugly design (mate 20 pro design lot better), when you use camera with AI it does shows artificially oversaturated colors even at low light photos and this issue since P20 Pro nothing new, video aren’t that good wither 1080P@60fps or 4K@30fps not that good looks like 24fps instated of 30fps.

The fact that you described it as an ugly device when it clearly looks similar to other flagship brands is a give away. I completely would understand if someone shares a bad experience with the device or service but at least give a explanation of why as it gives influence to other users. Your comment is clearly fake.

Still loving this device, battery has stayed strong since day one. Camera has improved even better with updates. The phone has no lag or heating issues.

I bought this phone since its release, and it sucks. I hate that I impulsively bought it. Ugly design and starts getting slow. Updates are too few. Garbage customer service. USELESS PHONE. Camera color rendering is trash. video is trash. sound is trash.

Recently got this phone and have been loving the time spent but looking for full glue tempered glass is hard since such a thing is rare.
Also storage manager app where to find it? I force stop it and worry about the storage not working. It can also be uninstalled?
