My Huawei P9-EVA L19 has some issues with battery. When the phone has battery life like 30% or less, and we try to use the camera, it gets hang and we may forced to switch it off. But the thing is that once we try to put it on, the battery will go to 0% and automatically gets switched off. Why is this happeninig? any one can help me?

Nick, 16 Jul 2018Same the battery was average in the first place, got mine for 7 months now, a full day on a charge (with apps stopped, but with 3/4g on), if the oreo update comes maybe we see some improvements

I bought this phone secondhand.. it was a great phone but Im quite dissappointed with the battery life..

Huawei will only be releasing oreo for 20000 devices of each model in the first phase. And most probably it will be released in china at first. Then it will be released to the other countries through an OTA update. So it will take some time. But who knows... must wait and see
