I use it 16months, seldom use the GPS, cos always disconnect.
now start facing battery problem, sometimes show 40%, but take photo will suddenly shut down and the battery left 1%.

i have used, mate 10 lite, note5, s7, s6. but back to my p9 most satisfying set ever used.....
problem free, flawless. More user friendly then any other company.

If you compare with other Huawei models novadays that are less than flagship models you will be disapointed. Huawei is top producer, I have P9 too and it is still better than h 7x, h9 lite, etc.

Have my P9 phone more than a year, still perfectly working, I can't still believe what a good leica camera is on this phone. just wow.. Have no problem at all at this time. I think I became a huawey fan, and my second phone will be definantly a Huawey, but I will wait now for next model P11 or something like that.

Just spoken with Huawei and the p9 should all be updated to emui 5.1 before the end of march this year, I also asked if the p9 would get the Oreo update and they said there is no plan at the moment.

My front and rear camera show extreme light flair in areas with lots of lighting. Problem started after 8 months of usage. Huawei in South Africa have replaced all camera and main board yet the issue persists. Seems like a cheap build. Not worth the price
