    Anonymous, 18 Apr 2017I wouldn't prefer factory reset it's like starting all over... moreFactory reset is recommended when you upgrade to the new OS. Of course, it's not mandatory, but for good of you OS and the phone, you should do this.
    About your applications, contacts, messages etc.., all this can be backed up through HiSuite or other third part app.

      AnonD-446722, 18 Apr 2017I can't transfer files from PC to my p9 lite via USB! anyon... moreConnect your phone with the PC. Once the PC recognize your phone as a new device, go to your phone and pull down the status bar, then select 'transfer files'. Otherwise, the phone would only charge.
      Other solution is using HiSuite.

                  Just received the update from l21c432 b160 to b370 android nougat. Works very good. And it seems now i have more ram free approx 400 mb more. Excellent job huawei

                      I just loved my phone been everything in it especially the fingerprint sensor however after the Nougat upgrade I am so disappointed the sensor is now useless, it does not work anymore! I have tried changing the settings but still the same it always asks for PIN/PW after using the sensor. Now, I have to do research for this failure of Huawei...such a big disappointment!

                                  DATA SAVER simply turn ON it and block all the background data of all the apps even the pre installed and core apps will be shut off for background data.

                                    HI! I have the p9 lite 3Gb varint and my device's running nougat since 1St week of March. Everything is fine (except the slight battery drain) but the good thing is that the ram management is really improved! My free memory is 2.09GB/3gb. Cool!. By the way, how to sort the apps in the app drawer? It is only alphabetical and can't hide apps. Any solution how to sort apps in nougat? TY
