Anonymous, 19 Apr 2017Me and my husband both using P9 lite..less than 1 month. On... moreAs far as I know 'Eye comfort' option is available in EMUI 5. Do you both have EMUI 5? I'm still in EMUI 4.1.1 and I have no this option. Also, do you both have same model?
How to check if it's fake. First thing which comes to my mind is going to take password for unlocking bootloader. You don't need to unlock boatloader, but fill the fields where Huawei asks for your phone ID, product ID, IMEI etc. If it gives you password, then the phone should be all fine.
Or simple call Huawei.

Me and my husband both using P9 lite..less than 1 month. Only today i've found out that my husband's phone dont have the eye comfort function..and hopefully there is nothing more..
How to check either both of our p9s is not fake..

I bought it about one month ago .. believe me it is the worst phone ever . It keeps on freezing and the screen goes white every 3 to 5 minutes of use. I shall regret all my life for buying this Huawei p9 lite !

Im from asia PAKISTAN and i've got the update on my p9lite (2GB version). What should i do? I mean, i've seen different opinions like "hey u should reset before u got the update and then start the update" or something like this. So i was wondering if anyone know.

Even i got one just few minutes ago after my Nexus 5 died and Pixel is kinda tooo high priced for now :)
So yea - go ahead its really good device quality / money

Have you tried to reformat your SD Card? It's very common SD Card to be corrupted, but it's not a big deal. One format can fix the problem. Go on Google and search about it.
Note: Do not try to copy data or system app to the card. EMUI doesn't support 'Adaptable Storage', so you can't make your SD Card to work as an internal.

Anonymous, 18 Apr 2017I wouldn't prefer factory reset it's like starting all over... moreFactory reset is recommended when you upgrade to the new OS. Of course, it's not mandatory, but for good of you OS and the phone, you should do this.
About your applications, contacts, messages etc.., all this can be backed up through HiSuite or other third part app.

AnonD-446722, 18 Apr 2017I can't transfer files from PC to my p9 lite via USB! anyon... moreConnect your phone with the PC. Once the PC recognize your phone as a new device, go to your phone and pull down the status bar, then select 'transfer files'. Otherwise, the phone would only charge.
Other solution is using HiSuite.
