I also live in Pakistan and i have the same variant as of you. I have updated my phone there's no such problem. But you should uninstall every excessive app like FB twitter or anything which you have downloaded yourself before update Bcoz some people had problems using apps after update. That's why after update reinstall them.

AnonD-659959, 20 Apr 2017I'm confused between p8 lite 2017 and p9 lite, which one is... moreP8 lite 2017 only because it has built in Nougat and EMUI 5. All other is almost same, maybe even P8 2017 Lite has slightly better performances.
Unless, your carrier supports LTE Cat 6, which would give you higher speed with P9 Lite.
Anyway, read reviews, watch YouTube and compare these phones would give you your answer better than me.

Anonymous, 19 Apr 2017Me and my husband both using P9 lite..less than 1 month. On... moreAs far as I know 'Eye comfort' option is available in EMUI 5. Do you both have EMUI 5? I'm still in EMUI 4.1.1 and I have no this option. Also, do you both have same model?
How to check if it's fake. First thing which comes to my mind is going to take password for unlocking bootloader. You don't need to unlock boatloader, but fill the fields where Huawei asks for your phone ID, product ID, IMEI etc. If it gives you password, then the phone should be all fine.
Or simple call Huawei.

Me and my husband both using P9 lite..less than 1 month. Only today i've found out that my husband's phone dont have the eye comfort function..and hopefully there is nothing more..
How to check either both of our p9s is not fake..

I bought it about one month ago .. believe me it is the worst phone ever . It keeps on freezing and the screen goes white every 3 to 5 minutes of use. I shall regret all my life for buying this Huawei p9 lite !

Even i got one just few minutes ago after my Nexus 5 died and Pixel is kinda tooo high priced for now :)
So yea - go ahead its really good device quality / money

Have you tried to reformat your SD Card? It's very common SD Card to be corrupted, but it's not a big deal. One format can fix the problem. Go on Google and search about it.
Note: Do not try to copy data or system app to the card. EMUI doesn't support 'Adaptable Storage', so you can't make your SD Card to work as an internal.
