here's a lot of Nova 3i on the Philippine market already and some of the phones are being sold online and you can get actually get one for only $200 to $250

I observed few things on my Nova 3i phone
1. Sound is low, can't barely hear it if you're on crowded area
2. Some pre-installed apps consume almost 1gb ram (on my phone it usually display more than 2gb ram free so preinstalled apps and system apps sucks up about almost half of the ram)
3. Phone last about 6 to 7hrs of continuous usage
4. Flash doesn't stand out too much compare to Samsung

Overall a solid phone and decent value for money, only two complaints:
- screen is not very bright
- camera performance is disappointing in low light
