good news for all etisalat u8230 users .. i got the market :) .. just use the umani official rom ( arabic enabled , market activated ) from here

Good alternatives for the absent android market :
1-www.bazaarandroid.com ( and get aptoide through this link ( www.aptoide.com/cli_install.html ) , this is a MAGNIFICENT one , it even has the android market itself as a program( which is not connecting with me although it opens and installs well ), and lots of other programs....
2-Applanet ( you can also find it inside Aptoide )

i had the phone 2 days ago and installed many apps on it but i couldn't find anyway to install mobilevoip due to absence of market, i want to know if anyone has succeeded in updating the phone to 2.2 or flashing the market. i used z4root for rooting the device

you can download from market and it will be installed directly or download the .apk file and move it to your sd card and you can install it with slid sam or any installer
