huawei y360 keeps saying 'your dialler isn't responding' and unable to find out contacts.what could b the problem? kindly help

i bought this phone last week and i am really very happy with it , i like it very much.. both camera primary & secondary are excellent .. iam very satisfied ..

Takes a lot of time to start. Menu interface not that attractive and resolution / color not that impressive.

Whenever I take a photo with the cam,it doesn't save that to the gallery,so I can't take any photos. And I can't save photos from the messenger, can't post on the fb or msgr or instragram. I've tried deleting, but nothing. Help
