A similar problem too with Huawei Y360. I factory reset my phone and am not able to pass the privacy declare even when i accepted it.

It is a fast phone but the ram is very shitty. Trying to play even a small game crashes all the time. Rooting is the only way to get what you want this phone

If you found out that app then try to manage the usage of that program or uninstall/disable that app if you dont need it.

Huawei had made this phone with only 500 (or less) RAM and only 4GB (2GB accessible) Internal storage, to lower the cost of the device. As one of its user, I can say that this is a good device compare to other devices with the same price range, although the phone freezes and loading takes to much time when several applications are running at the same time. This is because the device has a very limited RAM accessible for the applications to run, thus this makes the device unable to run several applications at a time smoothly. Installing King Root and Purify can fix this, after you installed King root you need to root the device to be a superuser and then install Purify, once purify is installed block auto start and allow automatic stop for all the applications except Google Games, Google Services and Play Store, on the Purify Settings. This will free half of the RAM and make it accessible for other applications.

the phone can't seem to detect my UK sim card. but it works well with the malaysia sim card. any ideas why?
