Had issues from the start. Set the SD card as default storage but still have to manually move apps over. Not all apps can be stored on SD card. SD card can't be used for internal storage. Phone can't be turned back on unless I take the battery out first. Then it ruined my SD card which can't be used anymore. Both SD and phone were brand new and only purchased two weeks ago.

My phone froze while I am busy in call even if I can shake it to be come active. Is there any one who can tell the route cause and how to resolve it?

Well my previous phones of Samsung had also many issues incl. fast draining of the battery but all depends how you use your phone.
This y5 2 is for me a perfect alternative and I absolutely don't complain when I look to the price which is defenately cheaper then it's concurrents.

I removed all the apps from "Top Tools" icon, as a result the Top Tools icon totally removed from my Huwaei Y5II (runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop). Now please help me to get back the Top Tools icon again.
