No Lte band on network and no preferred network in option although its on its specs but didnt work at all

Does anyone knows how to disable or remove navigation bar on this phone? it has its floating dock when you enable it and those navigation keys are quite annoying they just occupy space.

I bought Huawei Y5 II in Addis Ababa a week ago for 2,500 Ethiopian Birr, but now it is not able to boot. I went to maintenance shop and said 'software problem'. why is this happening? and what shall I do now?

I am using this phone at present. This phone is amazing! This phone could have been more good if it was 2GB RAM with 16GB ROM. But Huawei has done a great job!

Nasim from BD, 07 Aug 2017Yes. internal memory 4 gb. it's not 8 Gb. mine is 8GB internal memory and its the 4G version but a friend of mine has the 3G version which has 4GB internal. I think it differs according to the version of the phone.

The 1st week i buy this phone, soo nice
I've always received an earthquake alert
suddenly its gone i don't know why? how can i
get that alert again? and my front camera
itss a big big problem. lastly, if i received messge
there's no background light. i didn't notice if ders a new message esp.if my phone is silent mode..
