The phone started to really lag even if you turn the settings to the lowest resolution. Pls if the dev reads this, pls fix it. I have no problems before. And my internet is so fast. I have only 33-60 ms when playing MLBB

Phone takes too long to charge. More than 3 hours. It lags so bad that id like to throw it sometimes. Apps crashes most of the time. My xiaomi redmi 5a is so much better than this with just the same processor. Camera takes too long to load and capture time is just too annoyingly long

if software is updated will it be okay?
for it always asking me to update the software.
and for the phone comment.
well its not that bad tho.
simply you just have to accept the phone because you bought it.
its your choice as if you were forced to buy such phone.

Its the most annoying, dreadful, evil phone that i have ever used. It lags, freezes all day long. Camera is pretty unrealistic. It lags so much that after sometimes it rings after the call has been ended, and sometime it even does not bother ringing at all. It shuts down internet everytime you get out of wifi zone and puts data connection on your approval. It even switches of data if it come across some unknown wifi zone. I wonder what the designers were smoking while designing it.

Disaster... What a Croc. One of the poorest performing phone I have EVER came across. Slow, closing apps and the camera only opens up every 12 hours (12 hours is a lie but its really a long wait 😜). Rating out of 10...2. Im changing it Monday.

I have one. Camera takes pretty good photos, and design is nice. I prefer small bezels without notch.
But major problem is system, that is really bad and unoptimised. It lags a lot and RAM management is bad.
CPU is really slow and outdated.
Unlike nearly any Mediatek CPU, this Snapdragon425 can't power off cores while they aren't used, which will cost you battery life.
Its idle (lowest) frequency is 960MHz, which is too high (200MHz would be optimal).
I am waiting for a lot of improvements over OTA updates.

I got this phone last week and hated it so much, I put my sim back in to my old windows Nokia. The keyboard is way too small and the phone is a lot more basic than I had expected, eg you can invert colours on keypad; I am poor sighted and struggle to see the "black" letters etc against the white background. I prefer white on black. Ring tones choice is diabolical. The most annoying thing though is its poor response to touch. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to set the darn thing up, having to create accounts with Google then with Huawei and was so disappointed with the lack of personalisation after all my trouble. If anyone can give me any pointers I'd welcome it as I would like to use it and it does look good.

Dreadful phone. Completely freezes all day long. Thought I'd bought a faulty phone and returned it to the shop. The new one is just as bad!!!

Dont cost more but is with newer better cpu and well not with android 8.0 but while buy so budget then does it really matter that number there ? And well i think it will get 8.0 too but not the PIE version. But you can always set your own ROM on the phone if you want to get the latest.
And redmi 5 have fast charger support. In dimensions is a bit smaller too and has 300mAh more battery. Has fingerprint scanner even.

It's a decent budget phone however, there is the issue of lag that people have mentioned with the phone. I've also found that the selfie camera isn't great and I find it too high contrast which I haven't figured out if you can change contrast settings on photos yet. Other than that, I'd recommend buying if you need a budget phone
