Hello! Everyone, happy new year to you and fam!!
For months on end, we've been waiting for the EMUI10 update for this device. I remember vividly when I was replied some 10 months ago from Huawei via twitter that they have been working on the update for the device, but are yet to be sure about the stability of the software on the phone. Hence the delay....
I remember also giving an example of smartphone maker having problems with their updates for a particular device of theirs... I think this is the example and can be checked by this link below.
Yes! We all want the update for our devices that have won our hearts with the twin app store capability. The last thing we would want is an update that would brick or crash our devices.
ENOUGH SAID! If the update is coming, knocking on the door of Huawei isn't going to make it come faster. They certainly don't need us to update devices as they see fit. Fingers crossed, people!!

we haven't had any updates for months now. no communication whatsoever from huawei even on their website, we are still at 9.1.0, most people are almost done with android 11 and we are still begging for (android 10) this was a good phone that deserved android 10 and for that reason my next phone must not be a huawei i'm so done.. i heard blackberry is coming back. i'm out this is so annoying.

I was playing PUBG with my phone when mom told me to go to the store, after about an hour at the store I realized my phone speakers are dead. The speakers are not working anymore.
I have turned it ON/OFF 3 times but still its not working.
