Was so happy coz it post an update but disappointed coz i thought it is the much awaited android 10 but it just a minor that includes their smart charging and huawei browser minus the security update. Hope next update it will be the android 10 updates. Fingers crossed. From the philippines here.

I suggest you switch or the device and restart it. If it still shows that, maybe the memory of the device is filling up fast,and you can move some things to the memory card rather than the internal storage of the device.
It's happened to me before and those were the steps I took.

Or it could be there's a virus that may be causing a glitch too.
I would suggest you check the support app and look for smart diagnosis under quick services. The findings would better suggest what next to do.

I like the phone, but I got some performance issues after upgrading to pie. sometimes phone doesnt respond to my touch for 5-10 seconds, take too much time to capture screenshot load the power menu, and sometimes gets laggy(slow app loading). can anyone help me with this?

I don't know if that fixes it. I suppose it can help tell you what the problem is and you can decide what to do afterwards.

Just yesterday I wrote that my battery life has never disappointed, Everything still works great but last night and today I just don't get it, my battery life has suddenly degraded to half the experience I used to get.
I did nothing wrong to the device but it just happened, I'm no longer getting the 8 hrs I mostly get on normal use. This time I'm getting about 5hrs of screen use at 50% brightness and no heavy gaming. STANDBY TIME 2as also superb but now very poor.
Anybody else experiencing this, as I said, it just started happening yesterday

There's so much one can do with phones of the class of hardware that Huawei produces.. Not to mention the EMUI interface over the android os. Currently one of the most innovative in terms of what they keep bringing to their devices.
I don't know about you, but they should keep it coming. Here, they should just bring the EMUI 10 to this device, and they've made my day...

Was the charging point problematic at anytime? I stand corrected though, but something may have happened to it and you didn't think may be related to the problem, or responsible for the problem...

I can safely tell you that from a recent email I received from Huawei, that they're working on getting the EMUI 10 to this device. They're currently running test in their R & D department trying to work out the kinks.
That said, the update is released in batches and currently on the first batch. Though the plans are in the pipeline for the release of the second batch and the devices to receive it, the underlying point, was its in the works and theyre making sure there will not be problems with the release.
I don't know if this helps anyone, because we've been waiting for long. A few more weeks won't hurt then... Fingers crossed!!

Have been using this device and Charging it with INFINIX FAST CHARGER since January 2019, have played PUBG with it almost every day till today. Battery Life is still the same. Everything is working 100% like it came fresh in box. The first phone to actually impress me. It's not perfect but at such price, there's nothing to complain of.

Really good phone...night camera could be better, but for a budget phone i like it. Full HD screen, big battery, plenty of memory, and Google apps for small money. Chinese phone at its best....But of course now Huawei has no access to Google, so for a new phone model it is better to choose Samsung or Oppo.
