Whenever I play a video in my huawei y9 2019, there started something loading which starts its own and ends up its own, without showing what was loading there. What should i do to stop this useless loading because it causes trouble every time i play a video

5Ghz band doesnt work, call to support center and told me that Y9 2019 JKM-LX3 doesnt support 5 Ghz band, its a crap, beacuse in the offcial page says that that model suppot 5Ghz, i have a Asus 2 band router, a crappy samsung (galaxy 5) detect the 5Ghz band very desapointed

Hello guys please this is 1 month I bought this phone.. only stuck on Android version 8.2.. I've tried to force version 9 but no way.. can someone pls explain to me if this phone is upgradable to pie..

This is my second brand of android smartphone. My previous phones was Sony. So far I am satisfied with this phone. Good battery, good camera and with the price it has It was worth it.

1. After the update to Android 9, I've realized anytime I switch to split screen and return, I suddenly get blank/dark screen when I try to view my recent apps unless I restart it.
2. The front selfie camera is decent, but always shy to compare it to cheaper phones like infinix s4 since y9 2019 has washed out images. Rear camera is very very good, but I hate the front cam
3. I don't enjoy playing PUBG on this phone at all. Even on 4G full network it still struggles most often which is sad.
4. Not able to record FM Stations when listening

I am a Huawei user since 2016, I don't have any complain with my Y9 2019. I bought my phone last March 2019. Battery works well which is one of the most important. Camera is totally perfect compared to other android phones.

Is there a way to upgrade RAM of Y9 2019 to 12GB module?
Is there a way to upgrade ROM to lets say 256GB?
