Hi everyone, anybody could help me with restarting my K-jam, I need to restart it all over again, that is different from quick restarting, because my windows doestn`t come up, and it needs to be reinstalled.

my specially opinion,the i-mate k-jam is a good mobile but it's very expensive for most people .and it's difficult in use for most mans .

I got my K-jAM FOR 18 months. I could never go onto Internet- I phoned the company - and they coudnt help me. Futher I didn't got problems untill after 18 months. Sometime the voicemail go on without ringing. The Red button doesn't work anymore. In the first year the battery life was 2-3 days.(I didn't use MP3).After 12 months the battery life redused to about 8- 12 hours.

Recently started experiencing short battery life and phone going onto voicemail without selecting to do so. Got confirmation that problem exist with MTN network in South Africa causing this, and that a patch needed to be installed.(Phone_Extend.cab)

I have a problem in my k-jam. When I listen to media player mobile using headset the mobile is muted and no sound is heard even after unplugging the headset except the ringing tone when a call is received. After some days the phoene is returned back to its original condition by chance. I don't know what can be the rule for that and what is the problem exactly. Can anyone help?

K-Jam is a good PDA. The battery is good and features too but the camera is not so good as compared to a nokia 1.3 mega pixel one. Generally the photos come dark. The internet explorer does not support the java script as the PDA 2 does, therefore all sites cannot be downloaded. The stylus should have been on top. Overall a good PDA.

hmm well there has been some discussion about problems while updating to windows mobile 6 from vista so .. dont know chekc out da web site maybe itll help but id still suggest XP
AND FAIR WARNING BE CAREFUL THERE ARE A MILLION WAYS YOU CAN BRICK YOUR KJAM ( Wizard) WHILE UPDATING TO WINDOWS MOBILE 6 still worth the risk though

Nice phone, but I seem to have problems regarding it switching over to voicemail, the moment a call comes in. Can you assist me?
Further, can you inform me how to download Windows Mobile 6 and the neccessary upgrades to conform to Windows Vista?

hi, i had loaded a tv remote on my imate k jam, but did not work, and my system became slow, then i tried to remove the programe, but will not do so. So i tried re booting with the reseting, but since then, it does not start back. after pressing the reset button, it will start booting, but once it reaches the windows mobile display it ju hangs, and now i can even start it up. can u please advice, i stay in Ghana

but plz some times i make an username and password but i can`t hit after the on ..and if i make enter the same and when i make tab from password to ok the not make it
