Hi always get 2 problems with my KJam 1. Auto Voice dialling button get activated continously even if I have not pressed it. 2. Get bootloader screen.
I have repaired it thrice so far but today only got it again. Anyone has faced it ? Any advise

My K-Jam has a problem that means the screen needs resetting every 2nd day. The clock keeps losing time and goes back to 1994, which is very interesting. This all happened about one week out of warranty, surprise surprise.

Salam and hi to all. Its very nice phone and its window based environment is also good. but its has a battery problem otherwise ita a good pda.

We started with two Imates Jam's. Both had screen alignment problems.After a major reset the one would not accept the screen calibrate ie dead. This one was replaced by mistake ( from the repair agent ) with a K-jam.The second phone they wanted R1350 to fix the screen ( they blamed a small scratch on the screen for being the cause ) , now the K-jam is doing exactly the same and is only 5 months old.I would not recommend this product to anyone.They are expensive , have numerous problems , and the manufacturers won't admit to the issues . ( these you can find just by querying on the internet ).

but the problem is that it's battery timing is very short...
other wise it's two nice phone..

Thanks Alexandre! my touch screen has started playing up and I didn't know what to do to try and solve it. I will attempt to calibrate screen - but seriously hope I DON'T also have to do it everytime I go to use it. Otherwise, time to purchase a new PDA and not an i-mate.

It's one bad phone, or it's only mine. It freezes up, calendar doesn't work properly, alarms don't go off on time & sometimes not even. It's a brilliant phone if you don't have your laptop for MSword or Excel. Can't get to export sms's to PC & phone numbers keeps on getting loss. But it's a great phone if you like a touch screen phone. Where can I get spare parts for K-jam? Can anyone tell me about the E90 and\or a phone to be compaired with? P1i doesn't do it for me, small key board and to much complaints.

great phone but i bought it without the intruction manual and dont know how to send files like mp3s via bluetooth...also is there any type of software i could download for it, like themes or anything like that?
