The phone attracts attention from friends in the positive. As long as the backlight is set for minimum (10 secs) and doesn't light up in your pocket,you get quite a long battery life. Apart from bulk I am very happy with it

my 9502 battery life is great untill I enter my sim card. I have send it back for repairs and I'm told that there is nothing wrong with it. I cant get 4 hours use out of it and that is with minimal calls made I dont down load I dont surf the net I just use it as a phone and to text. Telstra lend me a new phone to use when I went o/s and I still have this new phone I cant use any one have any answers please LOU

Can anyone tell me how to make it work with iGo 8??? with the older version of Windows was working fine, but with new WM6.01 is not doing anything, Can someone please help me???

that is an excellent pocket pc with many many features
The good: Excellent price compared to other PocketPCs, nice screen, performs very well with Windows Mobile 6.1 and has lots of features (3G, GPS, WiFi, etc)
The bad: Big, heavy, small qwerty keyboard, poor battery
The bottom line: A good choice, if you compare its value for money against the iphone or blackberry

My friend plugged his Nokia 6030 in a computer output socket coz the rated voltage was same but he immediately burned his set. Means you should never use anything but the phone original charger for charging.

i have had 2 of these phones and both have something wrong the first ones volume stopped working due to a fault and the other does not charge its buttons have come out of place and they both freeze up all the time id advise people not to buy these phones because they cost a fortune and brake quite easily.

Hey i have a moto v3 car charger, it seems to charge my 9502, should i use it? or maybe i can risk burning up my unit.
the 9502 battery says 3.7V DC can anyone help? thanks

I have this phone last 3 weeks and the major downturn is BATTERY LIFE !!! I`ve got cut off in the middle of Germany ("Main battery low" sign) when I was looking for friends phone. This was just after a DAY and HALF of phone being fully charged ?!
PROS: Style, look, features, solid built, clear screen
CONS: POOR BATTERY LIFE, bluetooth, too slow, weight, keyboard

Got this phone on offer at a knock down price. Battery life was very poor during the first few charges, but this was to be expected and stated in the manual. The phone can now last upto six days with light use. Worst was less than a day with sat-nav running most the time.

I heard battery life was bad on this unit. Has the ROM update improved the battery life? Has anyone out there reviewed this device with the new ROM and WM 6.1 installed. From what I heard so far, the device seems to be performing better now.

i have a 16gb micro sd and once i installed windows 6.1 on my imate 9502 it is working with no problems at all. the upgrades does support 16gb
