Patrick, 03 Jan 2010Hey..i too purchased 9502 from Qatar..& facing same problem... moreStart- settings-sytem(2nd page)look for multilingual support(it has an arabic letter in a circle) either disable multilingual support (tick teh first box) or select english with arabic support in the second box.

Yaahooo I-Mate 9502 can Support 16 GB OF Micro SD Card. i Test it' And It worked Pretty & nicely (JUST IN ROM 6.1)
