I can't find finger print option again on my INFINIX NOTE 10 again,and their is another problem..... Each time I put an application like Telegram application each account I log into it I will have to go to the telegram application infor to turn the account notification on it happens to all my social media application mostly telegram..... I love INFINIX smart phone 3 Note 10,Hot 12play and Hot 10play because I love INFINIX so much but since all this nonsense started happening I have hate INFINIX smart phone 👺👺👺... I'm going to sell all this my phone's and buy oppo or iphone if you people don't fix all this problem before this months ends THANKS..

Guys if your fingerprint option is missing from the phone.Just use these 2 things
1.Go to settings and you will see a search bar..Type fingerprint and it will indicate there.
2.Update your phone to the latest security patch..thanks

It happened the same to me. Fingerprint started to crash after a recent update, it stops working while the phone is on, then just have to reboot and it starts working again.
It also created problems with Reboot, now when I reboot the RAM isn't sufficient and it goes into a boot loop until I have to manually make space for the programs to run as soon as it switches on.
All of this started happening like 2-3 weeks ago.

My fingerprint is not working anymore, I reboot it with factory settings, it's still the same, I don't know what to do next to make the fingerprint work

Been enjoying it un... moresame thing is happening to my infinix note 10 pro i guess it initially start happening after some updates i deleted most of stuff even did factory reset but the problems still not fixed plz do reply if you did find any solution for your device

I got my Infinix note 10 last December. Been enjoying it until recently i noticed if i put of the off and switch it on again, it reboots itself up to 5 or 6 times before it becomes stable. Now i am scared of putting off the device.
What could be the cause?

I am using infinix note 10 from last one year. This phone is good.. I have used the phone for ten days since I bought it. I started seeing a long line on my phone display for no reason. Infinix gave me a new display. After a year now, the problem is that my phone is now not showing the Fingerprint option without any reason. I tried resetting the phone but it didn't work. Many people have this problem. And there is another problem, Tab clear or close does not close completely. This is another drawback. Infinix should try to fix the phone by giving a software update. Anyone having this problem?
