I am using infinix note 10 from last one year. This phone is good.. I have used the phone for ten days since I bought it. I started seeing a long line on my phone display for no reason. Infinix gave me a new display. After a year now, the problem is that my phone is now not showing the Fingerprint option without any reason. I tried resetting the phone but it didn't work. Many people have this problem. And there is another problem, Tab clear or close does not close completely. This is another drawback. Infinix should try to fix the phone by giving a software update. Anyone having this problem?

      My infinix note 10 fingerprint issue disapeared from settings. What is the soultion to fix it?

        But mine is upto a year now no single fault

          All Infinix note series are rubbish, always having fingerprint issues.
          Fingerprint would just stop working for no valid reason, and also disappear from setting

              I got Infinix note 10 last year July and October my finger print stopped working and this month my WhatsApp notifications stopped popping up saying it's not supported for the phone, I don't understand

                This is the second time of using Infinix note 10 128GB/6GB..The first one was black with the same gig and ram but it got stolen..And I'm currently using the purple color..I must say,I have no problems or complaints about me using this phone..And I get lots of compliments from my friends and they seem I'm using an iphone..It's fast and cameras are really sharp.. battery lasts all day and half on a single charge and the screen is huge!!well that can I say,it's a phablet..I really like this phone but I will try to get the note 10 pro..

                    I have been using my note 10 for the fast ten months now and I have never encountered any single issue with
                    with my phone all this complaints that I have seen people doing. Maybe iam the luckiest person. I'm still enjoying my phone.

                                        I also have a problem with finger sensor with this note 10 phone. It appears the phone has manufacturer weakness. Have been at Carlcare service center and and been advised to lodge the phone with them for 3-4days they check what they can do of which it sounds too long to do without a phone!!
