I have this phone for one year and two months. I completely regret buying it. First the fingerprint sensor have died and the software update does not work anymore it says not enough space but there is enough space! Second the messages app have started to no longer work as usual and the phone deleted all of my contacts a few months ago.
I would NOT RECOMMEND this phone to anyone ever. I will never buy another phone from Infinix. The screen is big but thats it. Everything else about the phone SUCKS!

I bought this phone a year ago.Its speakers have lost their efficacy, it doesn't record the audio of you tube videos. Some features have disappeared. Luke Phone inbuilt cooling system and wats up mode has disappeared after the updates.Fingerprint sensor alsodoesn't work.

The phone is okay in all aspects apart from the screen that isn't AMOLED. After 5 months of usage, my fingerprint sensor stopped working 😔.

I strongly considered the 12 pro for a bit more but I really wanted to get the biggest screen I could get. The newer ones are still big but they're reducing the screen size slightly and it's a little bit disappointing. The battery is still a bit of an issue but it's not horrendous. I do feel though I will probably have to install a replacement battery late this year or early next year. I hope they go back to a screen size approaching 7" next time. I think it's a real selling point and a unique selling point they can offer. If they are offering a 6.7" screen, I don't know if I wouldn't just go for a Poco or Redmi model. I hope they reconsider this because I feel it's a bit of a deal breaker for me and many others like yourself as well.

Paid 215 euros including imp... moreCompletely agree with your opinion, prior to buying this I already owned Realme GT Neo 3T which cost 3x the price of this phone but what sold me on this rather than the Note 12 Pro or the Infinix Zero variant is undoubtedly the screen size. My god what a pleasure to read webtoon, light novels, watching tiktok even streaming movies on this phone. You really rarely get phones even on the most premium variants with this screen size and I ended up spending more time with this phone than the GT Neo 3T lol. I have to agree with the battery, I ended up averaging between 6-7h SOT on my heaviest usage but it's a price to pay I guess. Only wish the Note 13 Pro would be this big with a better, and more efficient chipset unlike the disappointment that is Infinix Note 12 Pro. Almost forgot to mention the speaker on this phone is a BEAST.

I have this around 4 days now. Paid 215 euros including import duty. Have to say, for the money, this is an amazing phone. It's important that the cost is considered. I really feel that the performance, the build quality, the aesthetic aspect of the phone all combined makes me feel like it's a phone that in the European market would easily sell for 350-400 euros. I think even the camera which was absolutely terrible on my Infinix zero 8i, is actually really good. A huge step up. The only nitpick is the battery life. It's a little disappointing. It's not terrible but it's not great and you do need to charge it probably once everyday with moderate to heavy usage. The screen is phenomenal. It's absolutely huge but it's really very good. A lot of the time with a screen this big the resolution and color accuracy suffer a lot. Not here. If someone said it was amoled, you wouldn't really know. It's the best LCD on a phone or tablet I have ever seen and I have used a lot. The screen responsiveness even at 60hz is really good. Scrolling on my Infinix zero 8i was very choppy at times but it's really smooth on this. I sold my Poco F3 a few months ago and I'm going to be honest, I much prefer this. The screen size is the star of the show. You just don't get 6.95" screens really. Very rare and usually if you do, the processor and screen quality is poor like with the oukitel J9 or the Huawei max. The biggest thing though is the price. You just feel like you're almost cheating when you get something this good for this price. As part of my job, I come across the most expensive phones and I have used friend's or family members' top end iphones or Samsung Galaxy phones and honestly, the difference is there but it's really not that big. It's certainly not a thousand euros. I honestly don't know how they can sell this at this price. Even the adware apps are very limited. Very little in terms of intrusive annoying adverts. I'd strongly recommend this phone to anyone on a budget but to be honest even if you have 4 to 5 hundred, you won't get much better than this. It's really an amazing phone. The last time I came across such a brilliant phone in terms of value for money was with the Poco F1. I really don't think this phone has got the credit it deserves. Maybe because it's not that easy to get hold of in many parts of the world.

The amoled display on the Note 11 is crap.
My old Infinix note 5 even has better display than the so called amoled display.

Infinix note 11 pro is an amazing phone honestly I have been using the phone for a year now. No issues or any sort. The only drawback in this phone is that it isn't AMOLED display and also don't expect much from the cameras mostly in low lights. But trust me the phone is a good buy. If you can get an iphone simply for camera, join with this Infinix note 11 pro. You won't need another reason to buy a new phone. Thanks.

The phone is cool & amazing just don't expect much from the camera mostly in low lights. But every other features is good in the phone. Am currently using it as my daily drive.

Been planning to get this phone during my annual leave around new year couple weeks from now, just to replace my old Realme 5 as my go-to phone for consuming media (tiktok, youtube, webtoon) and work-related stuff. I already got GT Neo 3T I bought two weeks ago as my gaming phone so I definitely will tell my experience with this Note 11 Pro later on for sure. The size is literally just perfect, it's so hard to find that giant width and 6'9 phones these days with affordable prices honestly, not even Infinix latest series the 12 Pro or their Zero/Hot variant has that size, and they only go up to 6'7 which is a massive disappointment. I might change my mind though if the rumor about the Note 13 Pro is true and it has Dimensity and 6'9 phone size as well as SD Slot and stereo speaker... Let's wait and see if there's another news next month on January.
