Infinix Note 7 vs Redmi Note 9

Infinix Note 7 has better performance (at worst, similar) due to heavy MIUI of RN9. Better Camera (especially selfie), Battery, Charging speed, Signal Reception, Display Viewing Angles, More Stable Software, dual speakers and less heating.
It did well in durability tests and it has very few complaints, so quality seems good as well.

- Display sharpness is lower than average, but all actual Infinix Note 7 owners say it's fine/not bad - probably due to its LTPS display instead of normal IPS display.


Redmi Note 9:
Its real or practical advantage is in some features like Reverse Charging, Infrared Port, type C, sharper display and morale support from Mr Cyberchum.

- It already has quality complaints/bugs like volume button problem, so please check for its issues before giving up money.
Issues you should search about: Signal reception, battery drain, heating, volume issue, charging speed, software bugs, selfie camera quality.
Also check its durability tests.


Go for RN9 if its features make it more suitable to your use (like IR),
Go for Infinix Note 7 if you don't use those features and want things like performance, battery, better selfie camera, stability etc.

If RN9 is in price of Realme 5 Pro in your country - go for Realme 5 Pro. It has way better performance and camera, less heating, battery efficiency and more, so it's much better value for your money. But it lacks IR.

      LTE speed, ultrawide camera, gyro sensor, device software support, IR blaster, Widevine L1, USB type C etc. if checked, it'd probably have better sunlight legibility and better audio quality (mind you, not just loudspeaker loudness). All these factor in defining a better phone, but don't worry, you weren't biased.

      After using Nokia E51, I found IR blaster convenient for controlling electronics, and I tend to look out for that feature. And I know many that would prefer to have it, if given the option, and even those that would use it as a tie-breaker, such as they'd do with memory expansion.

      And like I've said before, I don't experience any reception issues; do most users, from different countries, have that issue? There's a reason for Wi-Fi dual band: 2.4 GHz is getting more and more congested, and leading to more and more interference. I had seen a user that once complained of poor Wi-Fi come to say that it only happens when he's using his wireless earbud. And switching to 5 GHz WI-FI fixed it.

          It's called getting value for money.

          You failed to answer even 1 of my technical questions. Lol.

          FYI: SD845 of Pocofone F1 has similar performance to most SD835 phones.
          And it's a good chance for you to confirm whether what I said about Xiaomi signal reception and battery is true or not. You can read its reviews to confirm it. It even heats up as much as normal phones that don't have cooling systems.

            Mr. Cyberchum just could not stand that I recommended Redmi Note 9 over Infinix Note 7, but dared to highlight problems of Redmi Note 9.

            Other than that, I care about EVERYTHING in a phone. Be it camera, performance, heating, quality, battery endurance, charging time and so on. So what exactly do you mean by me being biased?
            Aren't you the one basing everything on display, the very definition of bias?

            My friend also bought this phone and I've repeatedly asked him if thinks its display is bad or if he's disappointed with it. He previously had a Samsung phone with 5 inch Super AMOLED FHD display.

            If even he and just about everyone who bought this phone thinks Infinix Note 7 display is fine, then what's the problem?

            And even if I'm biased in favour of my personal use, at least everything I said holds true for everyone who looks at performance, battery, charging time, heating, durability and stability in a phone. Correct?

              If you're intelligent enough, you'd know that my point was that "good" is subjective. To someone who uses 1+6T, a two-year old phone, Infinix Note 7 wouldn't be a good phone. I hope I've broken it down enough for your mind to grasp.

                2. It's an answer to a question of fast charging that note 5 haven't and I repeat Infinix have fast charging system since note 3 pro. They Always adapting it to their batteries...
                3. Everybody doesn't buy a phone to play PUBGM. I play games in phones and know a few resolution is better to increase processor performance. It don't have to do some process. If you want to use a 720p screen don't increase screen to 6.95... It's what you must understand.

                    I could of bought 5 720p TV's for the before mentioned 3,750 rupees less or 5 of the 1080p's for 2,150 less. It was a common sense choice.

                          Mr. Cyberchum couldn't answer even 1 of my 8+ questions, yet he wants to act like smartass. I spoke in favour of Redmi Note 9 over Infinix Note 7 and yet he has a problem with me, all because I highlighted its problems & suggested better phone in same price. LOL.

                          Regarding Xiaomi quality:
                          1. How am I biased when Xiaomi has most quality complaints in this price bracket? Please explain.

                          2. How am I biased when Xiaomi Type C 18watt charging phones charge slower than 10watt charging phones?
                          Do you call it low quality from Xiaomi or simply fake specs of Xiaomi?

                          3. How am I biased when I gave proof of Xiaomi phones giving much lower performance than other brand phones, despite having same chipsets?
                          And many times, give even lower performance than weaker chipsets.

                          4. How am I biased when a Xiaomi phone with 4000mAh battery has same battery endurance as 34000mAh battery phone from other brands?

                          5. How am I biased when virtually all Xiaomi phones have widely reported complaint for weak signal reception?

                          6. How am I biased when Xiaomi phones have most display issues in this price?


                          I have bought more Xiaomi phones than Infinix phones, FYI. If anything, I should be biased in favour of Xiaomi.
                          But facts are facts. I'm not gonna make someone waste their money over my petty ego.

Allow h... moreHonestly but I get how he feels trying to convince others into that decision because of personal preference is really bad, also am not too sure about this but this note 7 will still have the same issues of android process have stopped working, correct me if am wrong, yes the phone is good but let's be honest can we say after 6months of usage that phone will still be any good. Mind u am not being bias here AVE used an iPhone 8 a Samsung s9 and many others cuz I love experiencing new tech, from what AVE seen that phone is only as fast as u say because they dialed down so may other things like the display and the animation.
