If you plan on buying this phone please don't. You'll be signing yourself up for a time of misery. It's always freezing. It is very very very VERY slow. Extremely frustrating. Don't buy it please.

it is disappointing to own an Infinix smart 4. I can not transfer files to my laptop for onward processing. This is ridiculous and horrible. If l get somebody that will buy this useless phone l would not mind. this just for receiving and making calls. This is a waste of resources. There is no value for money at all.

The hot series and smart series are plain useless.
The hot 8 doesn't have a fast charge technology, the phone always gets hot from overheating.
Everything is just so annoying 😴🤧🙁

I own one of these. There is no day that I do not feel like hurling it at a wall. It's hard to believe they tested this thing and decided to release it anyway; it's pure trash

The most useless and worthless smartphone ever! Don't know I will ever dare buy an Infinix phone. Phone's screen keeps on disappearing and vanishing regularly, storage keeps getting "full" always, and the phone always gets overheated and it stacks!
