Worst phone ever! Can't play music while on other apps, keyboard stops every time, takes time to pop up even while typing these notes, it took me ten minutes to complete the typing bcos of this damn keyboard. Would have loved to type more but I can't cos of the issues. This phone is the useless thing I've ever used my entire life. Worst experience ever on a phone. Stupid and senseless administration. I'm just mad about this phone, I spent 40k and I won't ever use any

I hate this phone...Whenever I wanna play a game is goes back to the home screen the phone is always hanging n stuff..It has a lot of issues.

The wort phone I have ever used in my whole life.
The RAM is too small for the phone that's why it's very slow and hooks. Please and please if there is any way please us to increase the RAMgb or better still improvise with some thing for us that have bought it already and stop the sale of the rest of it,take it back and add the RAM capacity.because this phone has a very huge fault that I cannot even finish mentioning the rest of it. Please do help us thank you.

This is the stupid useless phone i ever used,infinix smart 4 is useless,it's hard to play games,to play songs on the phone,it's hang and even switch off itself
If I switch it off it on back itself,what of useless magical phone , rubbish made from stupid company

Smart4 is the most useless phone ever I'm highly disappointed at infinix I miss my wx3 tbh you guys are wicked be vibing to a really good song it'll just go off any app I open while listening to music it goes if embarrassed me in public storage is poor I want to delete some movies it's always error doesn't even have screen record most useless phone ever made I just dashed my 39k for nothing God will judge you guys even in this hard time the phone annoys me I always feel like burning it most useful phone ever nonsense

My smart 4 phone won't ring out. Even though l av gone to the settings to adjust it. I don't even know wen someone calls. The phone is barely 5 months

am an infinix user based in Kenya my problem is that my smart 4 infinix cannot register my sim cards,ittakes up to an hour for them to work. must say this a really bad phone gave me such a bad experience ,please don't buy any low budget phones especially infinix phones

I shld have continued using my Vivo phone
It keeps exiting games, saves phone numbers multiple times,
The keyboard keeps going on and off, it even takes a lot of time to pop up
This piece of crap is do damn slow!
I just threw 37k in the dustbin
I've not even use the phone for up to a month and I already hate it!!!
