And tell them you will lodge a complaint against them if phone not replaced in 2 days.

I bought this mobile on may 21st 2016. Exactly after one month, Mobile was not switching ON. Since return duration (1 month) got over, I had to take the mobile to service centre on 24 Jun 2016. As the service centre person told that mobile mother board problem has occurred and that will be replaced with new mobile in warranty. As of today (16 Jul 2016) I didn't get my replacement mobile , even after so many follow up from customer care.
I have spent 10k for the mobile which I am not using currently.

Chethu, 10 Jul 2016Looking to buy this phone, so suggest me is this phone is g... moreThis phone is a nice buy if u r looking for a good devices under 15K u can also have a look at zuk z1 and Redmi note 3 Regarding this phone Its a good phone regarding performance its good , fingerprint scanner is good ,IR blaster, camera is decent in good lighting conditions but struggles in low light but thats common with every budget range devices, Eui is new not that optimize so U will notice minor ui lags but doesn't effect performance.. battery is ok u can get 3-4 hrs sot on Wi-Fi and 2-3 hrs sot on mobile data, storage is limited only 32GB available but it supports otg and etc etc .. 1 more thing its a 10K phone but some people here compare this 10K device with 30-40K devices just ignore those comments.. HOPE THAT HELPS

These people are scammers,My screen got cracked too And rest is the same story you wrote above. Now,they are saying your phone has been refurbished instead of replaced because Their so called policies has been changed.

Anonymous, 07 Jul 2016can we overclock the eco version?do we need it?Yes u can overclock but it need root permissions and also consumes lot of battery and can damage phone also void warranty ... there is no need to overclock the processor
