I have bought it before 1month ago now it show getting over heating and battery is discharged automatically very fast and it could not be charged when I plugged in switch on mode so plz tell me what can I do

I bought this phone almost as soon as it is launched without any second thought and without reviewing. I loved the phone. Processing speed are really good. Sometimes it heats up during charging. Overall it’s a good phone to use under the price range. Worth for money.
The thing which dint like about this phone is its very delicate and fragile, with very bad customer service.
Unfortunately my mobile fell down while I’m sitting on the chair(not even 2ft). Entire screen got cracks and edge of the mobile broke into pieces. I had to go for a mobile replacement and submitted the same in the authorized service centre by paying extra 5K, as physical damage is not covered in the warranty. While submitting both service centre and customer care executives tell you that you’ll be getting the replaced mobile with in 7days (inclusion of Sat & Sun). The scenario is completely different in reality. It’s already been 1 month I’ve submitted my mobile. I haven’t received my phone; don’t know when I’ll receive also. Daily you’ve to follow up with customer care and service centre for your mobile status. Jus they tell that your issue will be escalated and you’ll receive a call from the escalation team. To get a call you’ll have to wait for weeks together even then there is no guarantee that you’ll receive the call. The most embarrassing thing is that you’ll get different updates from different CCE. One CCE tell the phones are in stock, another CCE tell that phones are out of stock in just a span of 10-15 mins. And I also heard from them only that around 100 mobiles are yet to be replaced starting from the month of May. After some days you’ll suddenly get to know that policy has been changed and you’ll receive your own damaged phone repaired that too without any proper date of delivery.
Now I’m regretting for buying this phone. Doesn’t recommend to anyone to buy any LE products because of their poor customer service and poor manufacturing quality because of which they are forced to give replacement mobiles to so many customers and false commitments.

AnonD-555686, 02 Jul 2016I bought a new Leeco Le 1s and have been using it for the p... moreCheck the battery temp install cpu z app , I use 1 Le1s With sim 1 data and my second Le1s on sim 2 data(both devices are on dual sim) I didn't notice any overheating issues check ur battery temp in overheating issue and for apps after marshmallow update u can lock ur apps with fingerprint scanner and there are few apps that really works but comparitable with android 6

I hope leeco will launch handsets without battery (followed by ignoring removable battery and memory card slot) where users must buy the battery seperately and give it to service centre for inserting . Rofl.

I bought a new Leeco Le 1s and have been using it for the past two days. It took some time for me to get used to lollilop from kitkat but I am beginning to like it. Just once concern mainly, the phone gets over heated when using data from sim2 but heat generated during data from sim1 is normal. Has anybody come across such a problem, kindly advise.
Secondly, is it true that we can configure finger print scanning for opening apps, if so how to go about it. In all other terms this is a fantastic phone.

I spoke with LeEco helpline couple of days ago and asked about update they told that company will release update in august end ... and got the samee reply from fb and twitter
