In my phone hold everything at the same time...volume + & - plus power then after maybe 10 seconds release the power button....it takes a while for me.to go to recover (but this is how my phone works..

i cannot install any app anymore. My storage is default on SD card. MY internal memory is still spacious. but when downloading app in playstore, a prompt message says it cannot be install due to insufficient storage.. What will i do? Can anyone help me?

I did the latest update. It all works well except it dose not work in dual sim ennymore... After I place the second sim both lose the signal and it says no sim

I have upgraded my Lenovo A5000 to the latest system update A5000_S123_150929_8g_ROW Android 5.02 and here's what I've experienced
1- A slight increase in the speed so it's faster than Kitkat however it takes a bigger Ram than kitkat
2- New Notification center with brightness toggle integrated that I really like
3- Better Notification Alerts
4- Lenovo Launcher was replaced by "Launcher3" they both look the same however lenovo launcher had more options as this one got no themes and no sorting option so I suggest to download a new launcher
5- Better LockScreen
6- A slight increase in the battery usage (Battery discharge faster)
7- Security App removed (too bad)
6- 3G/G Icons in the status bar are very big and you can't do anything about it
Overall it's not bad and we hope to get another update from Lenovo soon

They change the touchscrene ... moreNo prob..theres a new lollipop update that lenovo released..if you want to update i suggest wait for maybe a week and read stuffs here that we will post about the update,,, if its good or bad... Ill be updating tonight..

Boybastos, 06 Oct 2015Did you update via OTA or flash tool?maybe wrong procedure?... moreHi!!! They sent back my phone. They change the touchscrene and install the factory version of kitkat 4.4.2 (with no charge at all). At last i have my phone back. Everything works perfectly us the first day I bought it . Thunks a lot Boybastos for your imformations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
