It is a worst phone in the world.I brought it in July 2015 and it crashed in September .It is in service center for a month.I didn't get it repaired till now. Lenovo have worst service.

Think TWICE before you buy l am facing following problems Battery replaced 3rd time but no solution. LENOVO service center kept Two times my mobile under observations but nothing found. Every BATTERY replaced were worst than earlier on...

K3 note has all high spec as compared to Zenfone Laser.
K3 note is the best phone if you know exactly how to use a smartphone.

I've been using the K3 note for a while now and I have to say for the price it is an outstanding device. The stock ROM that is installed as a few third party apps installed which, when used, install other apps that some would consider malware.
I have to admit I removed the preinstalled VIBEUI stock ROM and tried various others before I found one to work flawlessly. Since rooting the device and installing a custom ROM I have absolutely no issues with the phone at all. No heating, battery or WiFi issues like other users are reporting which points to the stock ROM being at fault, so for all those experiencing issues who are unwilling/unable to change the ROM need to wait for updates from Lenovo to resolve all the issues.
TL;DR
Highly recommended phone. Highly recommend rooting the device and changing the ROM which is used.

Battery replaced 3rd time but no solution.
LENOVO service center kept Two times my mobile under observations but nothing found.

Now Company's customer support team wants one more time to send my k 3 note for check up than they decide what to do.
I have turned down & told to send extra BATTERY in stead of replacement as I suffered much.
I have already spent money to reach service centre 5/6 times in that new battery easily bought
I will have to travel lot next week & I am 60years old how can I mange with this device.
I am in continues touch with LENOVO helpline & support team from the beginning.
It seems they doesn't want to solve problem.
At last I have to knock Grahak Jago consumer court.

When I type mess keys are not responding sometimes but not regularly. and also while browsing page get hang and have to Pres hard to scroll up and down. what I am do please help... and my phone display menu button near side some colour change... a little yellow colour... this is a problem? I'm confused.... please help me....
