There's an issue with the headphone jack of this phone. It's loose when I put the headphones in but it works. Many ppl are facing this issue. Other than that, this phone is perfect.

You can get screen form online shops or service center. Don`t put down your phone often.There is a limit of each and every phone to handle pressure.

If you want a future proof phone go with K3 Note
