pl reply urgent or pl comment which mobile is best under 13000.00 need to us 4gb ram. inbuilt 32 gb , expandable 128 gb and features , we wait for fast reply

Oh please dont buy this phone.. my phone is 1 week old & now i am facing major hardware/software problem i dont know even cc support dont know what happen with my phone. I can't login with my gmail id, cant open my play store, cant open any app which is connected to gmail. .. oh and yes screen is also not good, there is 2 small scratches on my phone..from my sister's toy..

i had bought k5 note 3 days back ,overall phone is good but i have an issue that when i just on mobile data then only H+ come after 2min its gone and only getting H, speed get down to 4kbps on 3g but when i put same sim another phone network work fine .so plz me to fix this problem...
