After installing security patch of may,phone works good. No charging issue, no heating issue. Battery back up good.

Received a new update today with May 5th Android Security Patch. Everything seems fine until now. Hopefully all problems of this phone are resolved.

I mailed Lenovo at least 6 times before this mail. And today I sent the following mail. As usual executive always tell me to factory reset and visit service centre for the issues but that won't help me. Here is the mail.
I am really tired of this device now. I started hating Lenovo now. Why you people exaggerated the mediatek x23 processor and other specs of this device. This device is not accepting my touch input after heating up. Forget about heavy operations but even the opening browser or typing in message is not working properly after heating up. This device's battery working so poor that cant even last for 10 hours. This device camera and the bokeh effect or so called depth enable mode is pure bullshit. Why you people fool everyone by exaggerated advertising. You must feel shame for this. The over heated phone is very much uncomfortable while calling. I am not able to touch my ear to the phone. Charging, your so called turbocharger takes sometimes 5 hours to full charge and sometimes 3 hours. what the hell is going on?
Why dont you people just check user reviews from the various sites submitted by Lenovo k8 note users.
I am also posting this mail on user reviews site.
I want to sell this phone now. Cant adjust anymore.but selling this shit will be just fooling someone else by your hopeless product.
If you cant manage the problems and resolve them then do something to keep our faith on your company. Lenovo!

Worst Phone Lenovo K8 note,
4-6 hours take in charging and quickly discharge.
I will never buy Lenovo phone in future.

After getting the updation mobile phone has a serious problem about heating. It takes more than 3 hours for charge to 80percent and also suffering from very bad network connection. It discharge in only 30 to 40 min after starting heating. Please provide a solution. Please

Guys i got an over update today( issue solving with heating, quick discharge, long time to recharge my battery ) on my last oreo updated earlier. But its look like no more helpful to solve all these issues so quit lenovo k8 note is a better option.
They even don't have compatible update for this instrument after naugat.

after getting an Android 8.0 update my K8 note takes roughly 4 hours of charging time and heating issue is not fixed at all. It makes my device very Hot with approx.
44. °C Temperature even after I used it.
Note: Im using my charger that came with the box.
Please provide me a solution..

Guys, i thought of buying it from my bro... Still it is in nougat only. I can see most of the compalints after oreo update. Could anyone tell before oreo update how was the performance???

I have received the notifications in my phone asking for System Update. After the system update, my phone was having an issue of Battery -quick drain (charge is not lasting for more than an hour), Phone is not getting charged soon, phone is very HOT (Unable to Take calls), Data usage is not so easy...
When i checked in Lenovo Service Center, they intimated that Software released was an error. New System update will be released, then only issue will get resolved.
its almost a month, there is no updated system software released. I am still having an issue. Unable to Use my Phone.

It's been a month since I got the Oreo update and my phone heats up like anything... In short I jus cannot use d phone coz of heating issues, battery problem, apps not working...
I was told that within a week it ll b resolved.
Have visited service centre thrice n waited for hours there n not get any solution to this.
Have called service centre zillion times n not get any answer from them n when ll b d issue get resolved..
M surprised tht Lenovo has such bad after sales service... Neither d service centre nor the call centre could help me with this... They just backed out when I asked for help n solution for d same... They kept telling me to wait for a week n it's been a month n they still ask me to wait for few more days for d next update... Yet not sure how many days it ll take they r jus not providing with any proper answer..
This has been d worst ever experience with a smartphone till date in my life...
Least expected from Lenovo company.

I ve been using this phone since last 3 months. This phone is absolute masterpiece of bull shit......worst phone one can imagine in this price segment.......even with normal net surfing this shit gets hot like hell...... delayed update and buggy software....no support from lenovo team..its like an abandoned project.......never ever goin to buy lenovo in my life again

Due to slow charging & battery draining very fast I resetted my phone.Syncit app missing after reset.Because of that I am not able to get my past messages back.Any solution please

Worst mobile, never buy it. Overheating battery drains too fast. Turbo charger took 4-5 hours for full battery, automatically restart, apps stop responding.... Too many failures. Wasteof money
