Battery drains very fast and phone lags and hangs very often after the android 8.0 update. Phone is not working fine. Pls fix it soon . Its a flop update by Lenovo K8 Note

Phone was working ok until the latest update. What the hell is this. Really regret buying this device. It gets so hot that I can't even place the phone against my ear to talk. Forget about surfing the internet. And oh 4000mah battery? 2000mah lasts longer.

Switch off the phone and then do the charging...reaches from 0% to 100% in 100-110 minutes.
Performance is improved after Oreo update but yes, heating has still to lower...Hope Lenovo works on this. No harm in buying this phone. I am using since the last 50 days.

After Oreo update, my phone is on charging most of the time. Can't believe the blunder in Android update. Please wait if you are planning to buy, my phone is still in same condition for way about 2 weeks, abruptly loses battery, cannot hold phone due to heat generated even when no apps running in foreground/recent tabs.

I bought lenovo k8 note a month back. It's touch is not working properly and it's guerrilla glass also got a scratch. I visited it's service center in Jabalpur MP twice. They told me that they are waiting for the company approval whether they would repair it or not. I am very disappointed with the service center people. I am feeling cheated. I am planning to take legal action against the company.

What the hell..My mobile is hanging all the tym afta d latest updat.. increasd heating issues and it takes hours to charge the battry..gettn mad 😖😖

The Lenovo K8 after the Software update the phone has heating problem and the battery gets drained immediately . Also the it take long time for the charge to get completed.

But now it's design is outdated. Now there is a trend for full vision display phones. Go for Oppo realme 1 or redmi note 5 pro... Even Asus max pro is also a good option.

After the update battery drains very fast. It's failed update by Lenovo. Pls fix it or we will loose hope on Lenovo. Third class service by Lenovo.

friends dont buy this phone, because i purchase this mobile two days before. this phone heat just in 1 minute in the mobile shop, i didnt mind heat that time of purchase. after leaveing mobile shop night this heated very quickly and so hot. i didnt play any game, only receive the apps my old phone to this phone that time mobile heat havely example you are in 45 degree celsius. so don buy this mobile

Even my phone's battery was draining like hell after updating. But now after 7 days everything's fine. Phone has got smoother and faster.

Could you change Android 8 into prior software, please dont give us trouble by giving this kind of new update I can not use my mobile more than 5hours battery is drying very quickly and also it takes 5hours to charge 100%...
