Android 7.1.1 was too good in Lenovo K8 Note, but after getting oreo update my phone is almost ruined. Nothing is working good. Starting from Camera, backup, charging time, network issues, frequent hanging and also slow charging. Perhaps Lenovo has not tested this update before rolling out. Can I fix these issues at my end? Because, I have reset my phone twice, but not got any good result. Is there any legitimate solution for this?

Battery is dying rapidly after Oreo update in my phone.
Fon is getting hot after normal use and while charging.
Charging is taking very long with turbo charge
Fon has become slow

after updating in oreo my phone not works properly, it getting so heating problems anad battery are discharged continuously so plz give me any updating regarding this???

Lenovo warns that the upgrade uses up the battery, and that users should not panic if they suddenly experience temporary shortened battery life. "The upgrade itself uses a good deal of power, and it continues to use power over the following hours as all of your apps and systems update. This is perfectly normal and can lead to temporarily shortened battery life and higher temperatures. Our research shows that it can take up to a week or 10 days before battery life stabilizes after an OS upgrade. Please do not draw conclusions about your battery life soon after it upgrades," the company writes on its forums.

Use the original charger that came with the phone. I used to use MotoG5 S Plus charger earlier. However tried the original charger and amazingly noted that it charges at almost 1% per minute. A 100% battery charging took 1 hour 40 minutes. Cool. The turbo charging is really 'Turbo'. And charging while the device is switched off (if possible) is found to make good difference of cutting down the total charging time. The device is absolutely fine. But sometimes I feel it's getting hotter than before the Oreo update. Hope Lenovo looks into this. Thanks.

My charger(15 w turbo) is sometimes Charge fastly nd sometimes takes 8 hrs to reach 80%.....Where i bought new original charger of lenovo k8 note .....or Can i use Moto 15w turbo charger for my mobile....is it compatible or not.....any harm to my mobile

Very very bad battery performance after updating orea battery getting down 4 hours only without using any online apps . very worst mobile I have seen please don't buy this mobile and don't waste your Mobile

My Lenovo k8 note after Oreo update gets heatsup quickly and battery draining fast, headphones sound very limited, some good and bad things are done by update, i hope that Lenovo will fix it in upcoming updates

Oreo update is not a worth for K8 Note, I face the following issues which were not there before:
1) phone heats up very quickly while watching Videos, listening music and in idle mode aswell
2) Charging has gone hell bad, even with fast charging.
3) battery drainage is very fast in idle mode aswell...just 5 hours
4) phone hangs a lot if multiple app are open or uf we enable internet.

my phone is updated to oreo. a few heating issues. no hang. no app crashes. no battery drain or slow charging. got new features and ui changes.
