Tested the GPS of my Lenovo P770. For the first time it took around 5 mins for it to start showing me the actual navigation screen. After that it worked like a charm. I tested it for around 200 KMs continuously and it was quite effective and very accurate. For those who are facing issues with GPS, I would suggest to keep your data connection also ON along with GPS. This actually speeds up the time taken by the location services to notify the proper location. In all I must say a super phone. I am not sure how it can work so well as a GPS device though it doesnt have a Gyro or compass.

its gps will never ever work . this phone is very good but its gps will never work . the lenovo service center failed to repair it .all over the globe this lenovo p770 gps is not functional . you will have to buy another phone because no map softwares will work as this phone already lacks magnetometer on top of which this cellphone has assisted gps which uses cellular network to find the location which will never and ever work . Please don't think that this cellphone is good priced to lets buy it , instead buy any other phone .This phone has technical fault

the usb on the go function checked to be working with the mouse and keyboard. But the phone is not detecting any usb flash drive externally connected. i first thought it,s my cable prb but checked with other cable it still exist. in the settings storage there option for externally connected usb mounting but remaining inactive.
While removing the flash drive the removing drive menu pop up. But no response while connecting it to the phone
somebody please check the usb on the go funcrion and englighten me i would pleased to hear it from you

Hi Guys I'm Using this phone since last one month. Its over all performance is good only issue I'm facing while using the internet on mobile the phone starts heating from the top back side. I want to know is this problem is faced by all the user or is there a defect in my piece only

This machine is amazing, using from last 7-8 days, fast, smooth, excellent battery life.
But screen is not as gud as phone is, little bulky, Idea tool (pc sync) is not up to the mark.
Both Sim’s are working fine, call quality is very clear, only u have to adjust the ear piece slightly,
FM is OK, Music quality is gud.

settings.After enabling/turning on the data connections, look for the application "Tethering & portable hotspot" on your phone. This is already pre-installed.

MULTIMEDIA :- I use this phone like my laptop-on-the-go. It plays 720p videos fine, but most 1080p videos are a bit jittery. The loudspeaker is not the loudest, but it does its job fine. Screen quality is pretty good, 720p videos look awesome on it.

Hi guys,
I have been using this phone for a week now. I got it from Infibeam and the phone is great.
1.Good performance.. never hanged or running slow..
2.Touch is very good.
3.Completely customizible interface..
4.BATTERY IS LASTING 2 and 1/2 days with continous wifi and moderate usage of apps gaming etc...
WoRRIES
only two issues with the phone are
1.Display Brightness is not good enough when you go out
2.Greatest concern is MUSIC THROUGH HEADPHONES IS BAD... REALLY BAD... im using sennhieser ear phones...
even though it sounds terrible... Loud speaker is good though.
Overall good phone... Recommended for huys who doesn't listen to music much and wanting to use all smart phone features comfortably without worring about battery...

sheena, 26 Apr 2013i have the same phone & i love it!, but my phone charge... moreI guess your phone is taking quite longer to charge . I use the AC adaptor supplied with phone and it doesnt take more than 3-4 hrs to charge completely starting from zero. If you are using USB cable to charge, then it may take longer time as the current through USB port will be lesser than that of AC adaptor.
