worst service from lonovo. no technical person available at service center. I am roaming around service center since one month as my mobile ear piece in not working properly. they are saying to replace the speaker at that time only they will verify the problem. I agreed. still agree one month they are saying not received the part. this is my second experience with lenovo. earlier my friend suffered with the worst service and finally taken legal assistance to clear. in one word great phone with worst service.

For all the people ,who has a issue with Power button,
1.Install Android terminal application from play store
2.Open the application ,from the menu,take the wake lock
3.Press the Home button,so application goes to background.
May be your battery time will be bit reduced,but you can use the volume keys to wake the device going further!!!

Disappointed. After less than 1year of use, problems like lagging, errors rec calls, not enough memory, had to reset the phone 3 times also the power button is broken.
Good battery life though

only problem is no updates...even the sms bug (sending = sign to lenovo phone will cause reboot) is discovered, lenovo didnt bother to fix it...u will be stuck with 4.1.1 forever unless root with custom rom

At first it all went well. After the warranty period is over, i got issues one by one.
first issue was a white spot on screen, which i ignored.
second issue was the GPS didnt show the right location, it was accurate only to 500 mtrs.
third issue was with the standby button, which had to be pressed hardddder, it was so annoying.
fourth issue was the voice quality, which started fading, everyone speaking to me started complaining.
fifth issue is with the touch screen which didnt respond well, it has started behaving erratically.
i could not attend the call, type a message, nothing.....
pls donot buy this worthless piece of s**t...

I have inserted 8 GB sd card /memory card but all the apps goes into internal memory and it says "storage space running out" and some times it gets stuck/freezes during calls I won't be able to disconnect the call. can plzz someone tell me why does it freeze and then I am not able to move apps from internal storage to SD storage

can we change the option or icon for the menu bar ( energy smart, brightness, timeout, etc.) i don't need everything that's there and i want to change some other icon. thanks.
