Hey,
I purchased lenovo p780 4GB nearly 3 weeks ago.
It is just awesome. Only problem I faced is, flip covers are not available in India.
Rest phone is really very good and awesome battery life. With full usage (after syncing everything and playing games ) it dips 2-3% battery in an hour. Means, can stretch 3-4 days with full usage.
Though sad about that, that lenovo p780 8GB was available just next week I purchased :-/
I am happy with my phone.

I have been using this mobile since last fortnight and i find the mobile very nice in its look and fine finish gives it a very professional look, as evident from its name. The best thing about the mobile is its long Battery backup as compared to its compatriots in the market. My mobile is giving me a backup of nearly 40 hours with normal usage (dual sim, gaming of nearly 10 hours, internet usage of 3-4 hours and with few apps). This shows that phone is giving a decent battery backup as compared to other smartphones in the market. On the other side, the display is very good indoors. However, in the outdoor the display is not very clear. No lag is observed in the touch. The rear camera is extremely good in terms of pictures. However, the front camera lacks clarity. Video recording feature has a disadvantage that the camera adjusts itself in motion, which is clearly evident in the recorded videos. Lenovo boasts of 35 days of backup, when the phone is in idle condition and the feature is of not much help as no-one keeps the phone in such a position for long. The phone is sturdy to handle and the business card reader is a very helpful feature provided in-built. The automatic answer feature when brought close to the ear, the ring loud sensor when placed in pocket are few best features, which are available at a competitive price. I just bought the Lenovo P780 8GB, this is my first android phone and it has been so good so far. Only one con is it's quite hard to remove the SIM card, I had to use a clip to take it out and end up scratching the 2nd SIM slot damn but it still works.

mukesh007, 26 Oct 2013what is the available internal memory at the time of purcha... moreAt present there are to models of 4gb (1.78gb user available) and 8gb (4.8gb or something available) internal storage doesnt matter because it runs on Android 4.2 jellybean and you can store almost everything on your sd card. And to be honest, it is not a camera phone but still you wont feel cheated. The best part is its battery (though non-removable). The best in the market.
