I had the same problem with my battery draining fast after the software update, but it seems that Lenovo has fixed this problem around 2 days ago. My battery life is now ok!

I would like to ask phab plus user here, I just bought one unit of this today. In the box only has phone charger,how about you guys? Or i've been "con"? I did asked the sales guy he said only has charger no earphone. Need hear from you guys. Thank you.

As reported by one of the Phab Plus users in the official Lenovo Community Forum: "I sent the tablet to Lenovo Warranty. They said that because of the upgrade to 5.1.1., the IMEI of the two SIM slots were deleted. Waiting for them to fix it."
My question: Is it even possible to fix this issue without sending the unit back to Lenovo? IMEI numbers are unique per device. How can a new firmware update assign unique new IMEI numbers per affected device if the original cannot be recovered?

I would like to tell u all abt software update in smartphone. DO NOT DO IT ever. This s wat i heard frm smartphone software programmer. Mobile cannot be compared with laptop or desktop. All the companies (android) when they make a new phone as per the current software(jellybean, mashmllw) available and the smartphone only best suited for the particular software only. So whenever u update ur software, smartphone hav difficulty to synchronise wit the new software and started showing issues.
It s corporates gimmicks to sell ur old phone and buy a brand new

Overall this fab is good but front camera is average and after updated it draining battery fast even in stand by mood.

Worst device ever!! After update to 5.1.1 sim card unable to detect!! And they habe a very poor customer sevices!! They even try to lie to me saying called but none answer!! Send in to service center from 1st april till now no news no nothing!! I swear this will be the first and the last lenovo device i'll ever buy!! Waste my S$400 and my freaking time!!

Hi there
I'm sorry to say it's my worst choice, I've never had a low quality device like this.
Performance is good only on advertise paper but in real time it's so poor.
I just bought it 4days ago and just one day used and found out it could not my phone
I'm not playing game with phone
No listen music or watching movie
Just for checking resived mail and little text to friend
And also sometimes use dictionary
Let I tell u ...
GPS is very poor ..lost signal all the time even u r in open area
Touch screen very very poor exactly for top corners
Delay to much to understanding your click
Very hot during charging time
Super slow in internet or installing software
Ear speaker is not enough strong
Power bottom is wrong place, when u hold your phone this bottom pressed unwanted.
This divice run away from your hand easily then get damage

In Settings, SIM Management, can actually see SIM1 fading in and out. Lenovo suport is silent for this problem and gives no soluționarea.

Arvin, 31 Mar 2016Screen sensitivity very poor double tap on screen not alway... moreYes mine too. Double tap is unresponsive, now i found that accessibility cannot be turned on at all. Led notification never works. (Phab will auto answer when lifted to your ear) feature never work. And the fonts are not really big as what the other users think. Try to open google chrome and see.

Every time I swutchyit off, it loses the time and I have to set it again. Us three a work around to resolve this?
