This is most pathetic phone I have found. When I bought the phone, it looked very nice but when I started using it, I found that phone heats a lot when you play any game and stops responding the apps and start hanging.. This was just the beginning, later one day the phone felt from my hand and back panel got broken. I visited every authorized service center of the company in Bangalore. None of them have the part stock and they are saying that they don't know when it will come in stock. This is not the end, most pathetic thing, when I spoke to the customer care, they are saying that the stock is not available in India itself, service center will order the parts from China, once it arrives from China to India, then they will replace the parts. When I asked how many days it will take, customer support agent is saying that minimum it is one week, but when I asked what is maximum, then he is saying I am sorry sir, we are not able to tell you ... when I asked in the service centers, they told that since the phone is launched, we have not received any stock from the company. There are lot of customers, who are looking for service, but parts are not supplied by the company. Company officials asks to buy the parts like 100-200 pcs minimum. We do not have that many customers, so its a loss for us to invest that much money to buy....
Now me as a customer.... got fucked up in this fight of company and its service centers and don't know what to do...
But my suggestion to all is never ever but any Lenovo product, they believe only in sales not service. Service is pathetic after you buy the product.

This phone sucks...
- No support for Pen drive connectivity
- No support to connect with MAC laptops
- Simple wastage of money to buy this phone

I bought this phone 2 months ago and no problems are detected but touch is not soo good but good.no other complaints about this phone.

such a worse mobile i have purchased .i have seen the reviews but again i have got this bloody mobile .full network problem and even if we Choose the 3G NETWORK WILL DISAPPEAR.KINDLY AM REQUESTING EVERYONE DONT BUY THIS MOBILE

i had this phone almost for 6 months. but the major problem that i encountered was this phone screen sddnly random clicking at whole screen even im not touch anything. it is worse when u try to type on message and interrupted by these randmo clicking.

Please share your problems n happinsss with this lenovo s850.. So we can explore ou phone very well to each other...i noted that its display screen is pretty well just like an highly glossy mirror.
But ye it hangs smtimes especially durig whtspp whe we open it...i think that may be due to loading of files to the application..it would wrk better if it has 2 gb ram n octacore processor. But for normal day to day use this is quite good

I have this mob fr last 16 days...its perfectly ok...not any prob in camera, sound, touch...absolute ok...ya it very slight lags so far in watsapp but i think its ok...it happens with almost all 90% of android mobiles...n i treatedis as normal.... For peoples who have some higher budget can go with lenovo p70 which has more ram n processor capacity otherwise for 12000 rs this phone is cool. Rocks ur world....
