Why isn't this phone getting a system update since so many months... Updates are going on till marshmallow.. and this phone being so good is stuck with KitKat... Why I need answers... And when will this phone get an update

Worst phone ever.. i bought dis 10 mnths bck bt nw m nt satisfied widdis. Low battery backup,poor network,bad music quality, my data format automatically ...ll suggest fr nt to buy dis..

I purchased this s850 satisfied but recently i have a display of b/s in left corner of the screen which is to be removed. I tried a lot. Please any expert user can suggest to remove the display in the middle of the left end of the screen.

i purchased Lenovos850 one year before
now the problem is i missed the charger so i couldnt get again if i use other charger some times it doesn't ger charge and some times battery gets very hot during charging and batterry also drained very fastly now.i got this phone trough online shooping.any ideas to rectify it?
