If only its working on how it supposed to.
Elegant design love how it looks, superb audio since it has two whole bar speaker top and bottom. But after a few months around 5-6months top speaker no longsr works, i need ro have a headset before answering a call.
It overheats too fast and the heat will make u think it could explode any moment. External memory card is one hell of a struggle. Need to format it so u could use up the memory but keeps on corrupting so u need to reformat and erase all your files. Tried new sd card... Useless!
Charging time is next to forever... While battery life drains faster than your douche ex moving on.

i am using this phone from long back.today i thought of installing certain apps like paytm or freecharge its giving error like couldn't able to install this apps.do i need to update they phone marshmallow or i need to factory reset or this phone does not support any payment bank apps.let me know asap.

I am using this Mobile since 7 months. By far the best Mobile phone i have ever used. I am very shocked by the comments of various users declaring it a poor mobile having lots of problems etc etc.
Audio output quality is awesome. Screen display is best. No hanging. No heating problem. Best battery performance. No touch issues. No signal problem. No software issues.
One of the best machine of LENOVO. I fully / extremely recommend to those who intend to buy this Mobile.
Note:- i am commenting on the basis of my usage experience. I am not a LENOVO company's Agent or sales person.

This phone comes with so many problems
1) Battery is draining so fastly it ends for only 2-3 hours
2)white patches on borders of display after using 4-5 months
3) over heating issue
4) camera performance not good
5) insufficient internal storage
6) Hanging problem

My volume button were not working, they repaired it and intentionally removed my bottom speaker and micro phone. When i checked they said mother board problem. I threatened them for police complain. So they took my mobile checked for few minutes and it was working again. BC. MC.

this phone good for just starting few days. after 1 month my phone jack and mike fails to work when I go to service center they says liquid go in side and we are not help only one solution change mother board Rs 7000 rupees. now after one year phone goes to dead all IC are go to hell service center again tell me change mother board. means if you have small problem then every time you need to change mother board. if power botton get damage then you change mother board. My one year old (Aug 2016) K4 Note's touchscreen is failing...
Certain areas of the screen are no longer responsive to touch input, particularly around keyboard area.
Annoying...

Main IC hot when you call& net or charge
