My Lenovo Phone exploded on charge on Monday, it's a high safety risk for life and property. I wouldn't buy any Lenovo phones till they confirm that all issues are resolved. Support director Sudipto Ghosh is unresponsive to add insult to the injury. The attitude towards the customer safety is shocking to say the least

Today when i try to check if there is any update for my k4 note or not
Then its show network connection failed please try again
Even my internet is working good .. i check this on my jio 4g and Wi-Fi .. but still i get this error message

What about your experie... moreThank you friend.Iam usig htc desire 10 pro 2 mnth.i like this phone very mch.But this phone have some prblms.After 10 days the phones iritating me litle.The phone resrat itself some time.Batery charging time before take 1and half hour.but now 2 hrI dont no why.But the batery back up is awsome.I get on screen time above 6 hr at medium brightnes...Normal usage get one day sure.
The phone looking awsome.21 mp main camera is exelent.Night time is also good...13 mp front camera is exelent.This phone no have any hanging,heating issues.speaker is good..Htc boom sound headset is awsome experiance.Display is very nice.

shubhu, 31 Jul 2017I think you update your google app to beta versionNot just Google app but the Google play services too (search for the direct link by chrome) and then change the language to US of your Google keyboard. After all this, clear cache data of all three applications mentioned above and go to Google settings. Bingo, you will see Google Assistant settings.

I bought Lenovo K4 note in January 2016. It ha lot of heating problem. It fell from my hand many a times, its screen glass is fine. However my phone all of sudden stopped functioning while in charging. Service stations are very far and few in Ahmedabad. Parts are not available so easily. They told me that mother board is not functioning and will cost Rs. 8500. overall bad experience with Lenovo k4 note.

My audio quality of lenvo K4 is going down ,even with Dolby atmos .The sound is low compared to earlier times.Any Suggestions?

I have k4 note indian version, today i noticed that Google voice assistant is now available by holding home capacitive touch, i dnt know how, even i dnt receive any ota update.

Chv, 09 Jul 2017I'm not satisfied with Lenovo k4note.
1. White Stripes ... more1) never saw anyone complaining about that
2) it's a phone, not a cardboard. Even High-end laptops heats up while using it.
3) it has pretty decent camera, though in not satisfied by it's system camera app for front facing camera.
4) absolutely true.
5) IT'S BATTERY SUCKS
