AnonD-128532, 10 Jun 2016how to factory reset the device..it has chinese menu in it.... moredont got to chinese menu. go to lenovo recovery and clear the user data and then delete the user data. the phone will work just fine after that. Here is the process >> power off >> press power button and volume up and down intermittently >> you will be on the lenovo recovery mode which have 4 options, if you missed the button pressing and got the chinese menu or any other message , then long press the power button and repeat the process till you get the lenovo recovery menu >> then clear user data and delete the user data, it will hard reset the device.

I upgraded my lenovo k4 note to marshmallow yesterday (build S214). This update is much more stable than the previous, but still it does have some minor bugs. The phone doesn't heats up that much as it used to be. When dragging notification bar downwards, it's transition effect is too slower for a while. When using for a call more than 1 minute, the display do not lights up immediately if want to end call. The only problems I'm facing is, after updating to marshmallow, the name changed to lenovo vibe x3 lite. I want it to be lenovo k4 note. And whenever I click photos using flash, for a while, the photo appears to be looking normal but after that there is yellow ish effect in the photo. Without flash the camera works pretty well. I don't know how to remove this yellow effect. Please help me guys.....

Sahil , 09 Jun 2016I ordered it but still confused after such bad reviews on A... moreIt is very good phone for this price range . BUT do not update it to Android Marshmallow . Battery life and RAM management become worst after the update.

I bought it @ 7 june 16 n I have problem with battery backup.. It is draining too fast with only minimal n normal use.It drains 1% per 5-10 min of normal use..
How to fix it? Help me..
