This is the worst phone that I had.. Too many problems for this crap. I've spent almost 6000 rs in repairing this shit box. One day the phone got itself into a bootloop . I've approached the service centre at Aluva bypass. They said that it is bcaz of the battery. Even though I knew that this was not bcaz of the battery I spent 2000 rs to replace it. The very next day I got the same problem. The next day I approached them and they said that the board should be replaced and again I spent rs 4000 for that. Hardly after a month I ve got the same problem and again they said that the board has to be replaced. And this crappy phone heats up like a microwave oven and ma screen pixels got burnt by the heat. The night camera shots are soo crappy... Never ever buy this phone..... Just waste of money...

Hello, everything is good in Lenovo. There is no proper battery. The battery should be upgraded. The charging should come more hours. The phone is becoming heat. These two problems should be resolved .

Just dropped my k4 3 stories with only a thin hard plastic cover that was included, it survived the drop without any cracks and nothing broke, except for a slightly bent frame which i bent back without any trouble, sick

As owner of a Lenovo Vibe K4 Note unit, I hope you Lenovo will release a true successor soon enough.
No, I don't consider K5 and K6 as its true successor. They have lost the "vibe", sorry.
Here's a quote of my post in Vibe K4 Note's comment section in April.

Vibe K4 Note stands out because of its multimedia capabilities, I enjoy the front stereo speakers a lot coupled with the 5.5 inch screen...
K5 Note and K6 Note (and their variants) are all side-grade to me because they lack the stereo speakers.
I really wish there will be a Vibe K7 Note of sort that does not lack these traits:
- Front stereo speakers, obviously
- Capacitive buttons, seriously
- Dedicated dual SIM slots (screw hybrid slot) & microSD slot
- Beautiful screen
- Big battery
- Fingerprint scanner
- 3.5mm jack
Here is a list of upgrades I would like to have:
- Most pivotal, employ a 14-nm SoC, for example SD 625 or 626.
- 32GB internal & 4GB RAM combo.
- Better quality screen, think color accuracy and sunlight legibility. Not necessarily has to be of AMOLED kind. 1080p is enough.
- Android Nougat out of the box.
- Larger camera sensor. I don't think I need more than 13MP, however I desire for better low-light performance. Heck, Lenovo could throw in Moto G5 Plus's big sensor.
If this is too much to ask for from K Note series, I would gladly pay a bit more for an Vibe X series device. Perhaps Vibe X4, as a successor to the Vibe X3.

Moreover, since SD660 and SD630 have been officially announced, I now wish the would-be Vibe K7 Note will get SD630, and would-be Vibe X4 will get SD660.

So you are telling that Lenovo vibe k4 note is not getting nougat update??? If it was not getting nougat update then tell them give some good update... because last update came by January and after that update my battery life was very poor and within 1 minute , it came from 30 percentage to 20 percentage... please bro...tell them to give some good updates which can fix these type of bugs...

I talked to their representatives
They confirmed me that K4 Note as well as K5 Note too will be staying on Marshmallow
But K5 Plus will get an update of Android 6.0 update from Android 5.1

my side phne broke because casing! lol. soft body (part stainlss) and also screen appear like vapour?1st small only now..around screen. never fall on floor. thats why i weird. i ask shope phne they tell me the screen broke n must place the new one rm250. Now i'm dspointed with k4note. Seriously.
