AnonD-578759, 01 Sep 2016Bought the phone yesterday and am having the same issue!! o... moreOK, so I resolved my issue. Seems it was the SIM that was at fault. Tried using another SIM and it was working so couldn't have been the phone. Cleaned the SIM card with a cloth and put it back in and it worked.

Just a two month old Lenovo K4 Note. got an update for android 6 and since then have been facing a number of problems-battery drain. slow charging, the screen resoultion doesn't look the same.
The staff from the headoffice is in touch, sent me to a service centre a good 7 kms away without telling me that i need to get the data copies and then only the service centre would accept the phone for downgrading the android version. The service centre gave an option to " go to the market to get the data copied". My concern -why i should i give my phone to any untrusted party in the open market. Why the same was not communicted to me thru a series of emails etc that we exchanged. Lenovo needs to pull up its socks to stay in the market. I looks like Rs 11k have gone down the drain.

Why my data goes off when I am using strong new sim...
First I had problem with vodaphone when I bought New Airtel 4G sim vodaphone use to go offline and now same problem with Airtle when i use new 4G sim Airtel data goes off....Data goes off within 30 sec....And I haven recived 6.0 update yet...still working on old 5.1😔
