Is this phone VoLTE or not. Should we call without an internet And switing off the data pack....

I have purchased vibe k5 plus3Gb phone before 5 days.
But i feel dat vibrator for incoming call and msg is working not properly.(very lightly.)
I dont feel about incoming call when i put phone in my pocket.
And volume for Notification tone also very slow when getting whatsap msg and other notification.
Plz tell me solution regarding my problem.

Unable to upda... moreMy Lenovo k5 plus 3GB also shows carrier not support i also update manually via recovery but it agin shows error there is firmware problm Lenovo thik about it if this way when vibe k5 plus gets marshmallow or NOUgat :)

This is good fon. You can not expect somthing spectaculary by this price.
I have obe question...how can I check call data (ie. time of all outgoing and incoming calls)?

Firmware update to lenovo of 59 mb failed... Unable to update .... As it shows error 'can't switch carrier' ..carrier configure is not change it is only one option default
If any body updated please tell what is new and how to update

The phone screen is hanging and no call can't .attend. I have received ring tones but can't attend the call. No display.I have to remove battery and reboot. No other button working. Please give the solution
